3.3 Gift Card Policy

  • Each gift card has its own expiry date, which will be shown at the time of purchase and in the gift card email.
  • Gift cards cannot be used after the expiry date.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift cards can be used across multiple orders until the balance is fully used or the card expires.
  • If a purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
  • Gift cards are valid for use on easternbikes.co.uk only.
  • Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards.
  • If you have any issues redeeming your gift card, please contact our support team.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Goods will be shipped to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. We will make every effort to deliver the goods within the estimated delivery timeframe; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

4.2 Risk of loss and title for goods pass to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
